No, it is very difficult to authenticate items through a photograph. Plus we have to weigh and/or test each item to ensure authenticity before any offers can be entertained. Our team can only do that if you physically bring items in for evaluation. We don't accept items for evaluation through the mail. Click here for driving directions.

Not likely. Due to the preparations necessary for a proper repair service, most items take hours to process before the repair begins. We are one of the local area's largest repair centers serving both the public and other retailers and currently offer one of the fastest turnaround times at one week.

We no longer offer wristwatch repair services. While we have previously provided watch repair services, we have decided to shift our focus solely toward our core specialties, which include jewelry repair, rare coin, currency, and bullion transactions, custom jewelry design, laser engraving, and other related services. This decision allows us to dedicate our resources and expertise to providing the highest quality service and craftsmanship in those areas. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions or need assistance with our available services, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
No, we do not fix clocks.
While inspection is always free, cleaning is not always free. The cost of cleaning depends on the type of jewelry, the materials used, and the level of cleaning required. Some jewelry pieces may require a more delicate or specialized cleaning process, which can incur additional costs. Additionally, if any repairs or adjustments are needed during the cleaning process, there may be additional charges for those services. However, at our company, we offer free semi-annual inspection and cleaning services for most jewelry pieces to help our customers maintain their jewelry and keep it looking its best.
We understand that parting with sentimental or valuable items can be difficult, and we strive to make the selling process as transparent and straightforward as possible. However, if you experience seller's remorse after selling your jewelry to us, we unfortunately cannot offer a buyback or return service. We recommend taking the time to consider your decision before selling, and ensuring that it aligns with your financial goals and personal values.
If you believe that your jewelry has been stolen, we understand the importance of trying to recover it as quickly as possible. The first step towards recovery is to contact the authorities and fill out a police report. We are happy to provide the authorities with any pertinent information or documentation that they request for their investigation, but we do not open our business records to the public or directly get involved in the recovery of stolen property.
